A - Pours a hazy ruby-orange with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some light lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of sweet caramel and caramelized malts with a touch of fruity yeast esters and chocolate.
T - Starts off with a mix of sweet caramel malts with some caramelized flavor. Through the middle, some light chocolate comes through with some fruity yeast esters and a touch of bitterness. The finish is a mix of sweet caramel malts with a touch of chocolate and caramelized sugar.
M - Medium-minus bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a sweet finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nicely balanced and extremely sessionable. Enough complexity to stay interesting.
