Crowler can filled at the taproom. Filled on 12/29/2022.
Black colored body, with mahogany back lit edge. One finger of pillowy, light tan head. Leaves partial walls and big spots of lacing.
Aroma is minimal with dark roasted malts, caramel, and chocolate.
Taste is dark roasted malts, with char and a brief chocolate and caramel sweet note. Has some cola influences. Dark malts in the aftertaste.
Fuller mouth feel. Dry finish. Good carbonation.
Limited nose and taste profile, but presents as a dark stout with brief mention of sweetness that gets absorbed. Overall a good stout but limited in breadth. Totally poundable.
