32oz clear plastic bottled in front of me at the brewery about an hour ago. The beer is medium amber in color with khaki head. The head is persistent but the height can't be determined in the stein. The aroma is mild with toasted malt. The taste is semisweet caramel and toasted bread. The finish is moderately hoppy in bitterness and earthy hop flavors. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Cleanly lagered, as far as I can tell, through the caramel and hops, if they even used a lager yeast. Overall, poor Märzen, enjoyable beer.
