Had Toguchi at Fertile Ground taproom on draft into willi becher.
Pours light yellow with clarity and 1-finger near white head, which quickly dissipates to a partial film, and leaves only a little sketchy lace. Mild floral aroma off pour, then a little tart stone fruit as warms. On tasting, a little carbonation delivers nice malt sweetness to start, which carries into some herbal hop bite, and a bit of stone fruit in back, for a crisp, slightly fruity finish.
