Had Lingering Leed at Fertile Ground taproom on side-pull, slow-pour draft into rounded seidel.
Pours straw-gold with clarity and one-finger, near-white head, with good retention, leaving some splotchy Belgian lace etched down the glass. Aroma of a little hop spice off pour, then mild, sweet stone fruit, before a bit of dankness as warms. On tasting, begins crisp and dry, then a little sweet but clean fruit (pear?), buoyed by moderate carbonation, before some bitter hop spice, which carries into a clean, crispy finish.
Avoided this one when it was, until recently, merely an American Adjunct or Light Lager. Tried with the brewer's change to a Helles. Good move, Fertile Ground.

Can purchased at LD's Beer Run enjoyed at the hotel in Flowood MS
Lightly hazy deep gold color with a good sized long lived bubbly white head. Brady cracker earthy clove and spice. Not bad but not as clean and crisp as a lager should be.
