On Tap:
Not really a distinct brew but a metered blend done at the taps of 2 blonde ales and a light lager. This tap head blend had the effect of approximating a cream ale in appearance and flavor. I'm told by brewers that mixing 3 penny pale ales with a lager at colonial taverns was how this style got started before it was brewed as a discrete style. Malty, lightly hopped, light and mild. Good sessioner with no "off" tastes as some early reviews note.
