Pours a clear amber with adequate foam in the Saint-Martin wine-style glass. Fragrant with yeast and a whiff of fruit. Lively mouthfeel with a malty body. Taste starts with a Cream of Wheat mellow maltiness and moves to a grainy finish and modest bitter aftertaste. Quite sweet and doesn't dry out entirely. A touch of leafy hops and a little yeast in the back of the throat. This is quite a robust and highly flavored Belgian-style brew. From the 32 oz crowler can purchased at the taproom.
