Clear and very dark reddish brown brew with plenty of foam in the Bacchus tumbler. Pleasant aroma of roasted malt. Moderately sweet with a lot of dark caramel taste. Burnt sugar flavor with the roasted grain and winey finish. Hot with alcohol and quite bitter aftertaste. I’m not sure what’s the best use of this stuff. Seems like too much hops and too much burnt grain. My mouth needs a re-fresh. From the 32 oz crowler can filled at the brewery tap.
