350ml keg in The Hops, Tirana (480 lek):
Opaque black with a light tan, creamy head that's quite thin & soon settles as a soapy surface lacing but leaves pretty good sthick on the glass. It's surprisingly fruity smelling with prunes, dates & raisin, some sugars & strong cherry to finish - definitely something different. The cherry flavours carry over to the taste with dates & darker fruits, a little sugar & some roasted malts. It's a little boozy * seems stronger than the 5.5% suggests, it's medium to full bodied & quite sweet too with a syrupy sugar sweetness near the end; very pleasant at night, not sure how it would've went down in the midday sun though.
