Vår versjon av det klassiske sørtyske hveteølet. Tradisjonelt brygget med hvetemalt og uten filtrering, ølet har fruktig banansmak og aroma fra gjæra. Friske bobler og lyst maltpreg går godt til sjømat, kylling og svin, og fruktigheten matcher både salt og sødme.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 5.5%. Moderately hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Typical wheaty aroma with notes of banana and cloves. Wheaty flavour, not too sweet, again with notes of banana and cloves, a little citrus. Low bitterness as expected.
