We might have to call this one “Middle Child Syndrome,” as it’s a mix between your older brother’s IPA and your younger brother’s IPA. This IPA has a nice, slight bitterness reminiscent of IPA’s from the early 2000’s with a strong floral and citrusy aroma like the ones most popular today.
