Deep amber colored beer tending towards ruby; with a compact foam with a light hazelnut nuance. On the nose the malty notes mix with hints of dried fruit, biscuits, with caramelized tips and very light toasting. In the mouth we find a soft body, in which caramel and sweet bread are balanced with the toasted part and an elegant but decisive bitterness, making it a product with character but easy to drink.

Chestnut amber colour, clear. Dirty white foam, quite low and not very persistent.
In the aroma malty sweetness, caramel notes, light roasted , biscuit and grassy hops.
Taste moderately sweet with a not very high but decently long hoppy bitterness.
Medium saturation. Body moderately full. Texture round, smooth, soft. Medium-long herbal, dry aftertaste.
