Newish looking sheet steel warehouse building just off the highway. Short straight bar perpendicular to the entrance on the left seats about 8, with some tables about the room, on the balcony and the outdoor patio. 15 beers on tap. Friendly bartender.

Another new brewery at the time of my review/visit. Right downtown, very close to Minute Maid Park. The inside is huge. High ceilings, with a wide open space downstairs, and a bar with a few seats, to order from. A smaller upstairs area. A green space outside that will also have food trucks. Very industrial and loud inside. Generic 90's pop music playing, that I can't really stand, but oh well. There are a few TV's of coarse, this close to the Astros, you better have some. Though they are not intrusive and everywhere, unless you want to watch them. So, I give them credit for that balance.
They are still expanding their selection. Right now, its a Pils, Altbeir, Kolsh, Saison, Pale Ale, Hazy. I wasn't particularly impressed with anything. Most beers had an odd soapiness to them. I can't say it was all bad, just kind of middle of the road. Service is super friendly and try to help in anyway they can.
Its fine for the neighborhood, and will sure to be a hit when the Astros are playing. Though I can't say I'll be visiting all that often. Its awkward to get to, downtown parking is always a nightmare unless its a Sunday and no Astros playing. While I would give the beers another try, to see if they improve, I'd rather just go to a place I really enjoy more.
