500ml bottle at share. Inky black pour, thin tan head. Dark chocolate aroma, notes of vanilla, roasty malts. Taste is chocolate, roasty, sweet, light coffee, rounded out by some vanilla. Smooth.

Silky, glossy black with a thin tan blanket that quickly dies to a fine chain around a slightly oily surface.
First impression is really toasty pecan, which perhaps are the forces of peanut and maple combined. It's also slightly sharp but also viscous with a light smoked maple quality nearing Mornin' Delight, but for a little acridity. The palate becomes overwhelmed with a sort of ash quality over time.
