Sweet tropical hoppy, Simcoe hoppy, earthy-citrus, and an orange citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a super smooth and ultra-creamy, tropical hoppy, and a grapefruit citrus bitter finish...a touch of earthiness and booziness on the backend. I am a little late to the party on this one and that is a good thing as, once it warms, some major earthy hoppy bitter hop burn comes out and lingers on the back of the throat...and this is a month plus out from canning! Not my favorite hop profile either, but with that world-class mouthfeel and outstanding color, it is still good!
