Aged for 19 months in 8+ year Willet Bourbon Barrels. Treated with toasted & untoasted coconut, marshmallow & Madagascan vanilla beans.

Made for “Brujos & friends: a beer geek festival” in Tokyo, Japan. Summer of 2025.

Sweet milk chocolate candy bar, heavy marshmallow, vanilla-coconut, and a subtle bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a thicc and viscous, milk chocolate covered coconut, marshmallow-vanilla, and a light bourbon barrel finish. This is outstanding! The only knock on this one is that it could have used more time in the barrels...the bourbon barrel notes are very light and if I wasn't told they were there, this could easily pass for a well-done, non-barrel aged pastryboi.
