Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like stone fruit – peach, nectarine, what have you, with lemon-lime, orange creamsicle, and some passionfruit.
So an IPA with Citra and Galaxy is not exactly revolutionary anymore, but it still certainly excites the palate when done well. And luckily, this was done well, with tons of stone fruit, drippy orange and lemon/lime herbal fruit character, and just a hint of grassy bitterness on the back end.
This is pretty thick and creamy, with a great drinkability.
This is yet another extremely well done IPA from Grow – it’s what they do best.
