A hazy India Pale Ale brewed exclusively with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and Simcoe super-critical extract. Soft and sweet from the plethora of malted and flaked oats and wheat, this beast has enough body to hold up to the 8 pounds of dry hop per barrel. Notes of fresh-zested grapefruit and earthy tropics all accent an herbaceous undertone that carries from sip to sip.

Can purchased from Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like orange/tangerine juice, pineapple, wheat, and grapefruit.
Simcoe has always been a low-key all-star hop, and this beer completely showcases this old-ish school classic. There’s so much tangerine and pineapple, with a nice wheaty sweetness, and a very pleasant herbaceous bitterness on the back end.
This is light bodied, and super creamy, and really drinkable.
Grow cannot miss for me lately – I really can’t wait for them to open up their own spot.
