On tap at The Sheffield in Brighton, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells slightly lemony, with honey, lime, and some light breadiness.
The prickly pear gives off a honey and lime-like sweetness, with a nice bready and lemony feel to it as well.
This is very drinkable, clean, and crisp, with just a hint of brine on the back end.
This is a little bit out of the wheelhouse of Grow’s usual strengths, but it’s done well all the same.
