On tap at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells extremely pineapple-y, candied and sweet, with a touch of peach.
This is maybe a little bit sweeter than I prefer New England style IPAs, but that candied pineapple and orange thing this has in spades is undoubtedly delicious here. There’s a little bit of bitterness, but it’s not exactly “punchy” like the description promises.
This is light bodied, slightly creamy, and quite drinkable.
This is well done, even if it’s not quite the way I prefer New England IPAs, with at least a bit of bitterness.

I don't rate most beers I drink, but this one surprised me with its full mouthfeel and rich flavor, WITHOUT loading it up with fruity (grapefruit etc.) overtones. The hops are complex and excellent in the mouth…and the nose. A really nice brew, and I wouldn't miss a chance to drink it. The smalle I give lower marks to because it has a bit of a bland hit on the nose (in a tulip glass), but nothing bad going on. And the look? I always wonder why it matters.
Great stuff.
