Full-bodied, dark, and lovely iteration of our American Stout. A Dark Bloom is brewed with a slew of chocolate, caramel, and specialty malts, as well as a hefty amount of dark brown sugar. In this version, we conditioned on toasted pecans, baking spices, and cocoa powder for a distinct character reminiscent of chocolate pecan pie. Just like grandma used to make.

Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like roasted malt, some light caramelized nuttiness, dark chocolate, vanilla, and chocolate chip cookies.
This is probably my favorite version of this Grow stout so far. It’s very decadent without devolving into syrupy pastry nonsense. It’s got a great nutty, caramelized, and roasty pecan thing going on, with some clean roasted malt, a touch of vanilla, and a cookie-like bready and chocolatey feel.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and not all that boozy, with a nice drinkability.
