Crisp and crushable India pale ale brewed with a blend of lager and ale yeasts, fermented cold for a new approach on what we interpret to be the newest West Coast IPA. This "cold" one is brewed with 100% Citra to incorporate the modern citrus, juice that everyone loves. Bright with some bite, this is a fun new spin on the classic IPA that got us all hooked.I’m

Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly clear golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty juicy, with a touch of pine and marijuana.
This feels like a pretty hoppy take on an IPL. I’m not entirely sure how a cold IPA really differs from an IPL, but that’s neither here nor here. This has a nice clean bitterness, with orange peel, grapefruit pith, and pine, along with some melon, mango, and pineapple.
This is pretty smooth, with a clean bitterness to it, and a nice drinkability.
Aside from the somewhat silliness of calling these cold IPAs, this is quite tasty.
