We make it a point to celebrate our friends, and this November is no different with another collaboration with our best buds @undergroundbeerlab. Riwaka and Cryo Pop make for the perfect accents to a tidal wave of other Southern Hemisphere hops in the hot side. Sauv blanc, juicy fruit gum, ruby red grapefruit, and crystal trichomes create a whirlwind of NZ flavor from two Upstate brewers.

Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like white wine, bubble gum, peach, mango, and ruby red grapefruit.
This is a New Zealand hop explosion, with that soft peachy and grape-like sweetness that I always so readily associate with any hops from New Zealand. There’s a soft but subtle bitterness here, and no maltiness at all.
This is very soft and pillowy, with a great drinkability.
This is definitely of the more enjoyable Grow IPAs I’ve had lately.
