Our Japanese-inspired lager brewed with 45% flaked and jasmine rice in addition to floor-malted pilsner malt. We whirlpooled cherry blossoms and Cryo Idaho 7 hops to emulate black tea, floral, and tropical undertones in this springtime crusher.

On tap at The Sheffield in Brighton, NY.
This one pours a clear golden orange-ish yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like floral sweetness, a touch of light fruitiness, lemon, and grassiness.
The addition of cherry blossoms for this one is an intriguing touch – there’s a nice herbal and floral sweetness here, with some grassy and lemony bitternss, and a nice crackery malt character.
This is very light bodied, crisp, clean, and super drinkable.
I always enjoy when Grow comes out with a new lager – they are getting much better at making them.
