A full-bodied, dark, and lovely iteration of our American Stout. A Dark Bloom is brewed with a slew of chocolate, caramel, and specialty malts, as well as a hefty amount of dark brown sugar. Additions of New York Maple Syrup and blueberry puree in the fermentation offer a forefront of breakfast flavor with sweet berry and rich maple, finishing on a lasting cocoa nib character while offering minimal roast. The result is a smooth, black-as-night, medium-bodied sipper with a light tan head that recedes quickly, and forms a base for many future flavors.

Can from Sam the Beer Man Binghamton.
Inky black color with a stingy tan head that slowly recedes.
Thick chocolate and roast with bits of messy breakfast plate. Blueberry pancakes with chocolate maple syrup. A bit sweet but tasty.
