A Dark Bloom: Coffee Cake

A Dark Bloom is brewed with a slew of chocolate, caramel, and specialty malts, as well as a hefty amount of dark brown sugar. Additions of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee from our friends @uticacoffee and a pinch of Vietnamese cinnamon offer coffee cake spice flavor with deep and dark fruits, molasses, and espresso finishing on a lasting cocoa nib character while offering minimal roast. The result is a smooth, black-as-night sipper with a light tan head that recedes quickly and a taste that lasts all morning.
