Sometimes most monster things come in little packages! This light lager was brewed with 60% jasmine rice, 40% floor-malted pilsner malt, and then lagered for 6 weeks. Delicate and crushable with notes of light yuzu, cherry blossom, and Japanese pear.

On tap at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very light yellow, almost just clear like water, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This really doesn’t smell like much, some rice, corn, and general sweetness, but not much.
This isn’t bad, per se, but it’s also just basically nothing. There’s no off-flavors, mostly, with some light toastiness and grassiness, but it’s just so plain and boring with basically nothing going on. It feels like beer-flavored rice water.
This is light bodied, crisp, clean, and very drinkable.
I don’t dislike this, but there’s just very little to this.
