History: We love light beers and Cerveza has a special place in our hearts. We have a long history of award winning light beers that happened because we put so much love and respect into tradition. Corn is exotic to us as an ingredient, but is a classic in American brewing, so the opportunity to make something incredibly authentic with a lot of love, while pushing ourselves as brewers is always a pleasure. I think the results speak for themselves.
Tasting Notes: A modern twist on a full flavor cerveza. A classic lager style that is crisp and complex. Our version features notes of masa, candied lime and refreshing gooseberry finish. Respecting tradition and embracing the future.

can into glass
Thin and quickly dissipating, medium bubbled, white head. Nearly clear, light orange tinted, light amber appearance. A touch of sweetness, herbal spiced, lightly toasted grains, for the aroma. Restrained, bright herbal and mineral like, slightly lime tinged, lightly toasted malt, for the taste. The finish is bright and thin with a mineral twist to it.
