This is definitely back in stores. Feels a bit thin which is understandable give the low abv but otherwise not bad. nothing to get excited about and not very chocolaty but rather balanced.

Interesting. Not big chocolate flavor as expected. Nice but not amazing.

Got a bottle from the brewery; limited brew in celebration of the 10 year anniversary of Tony's Chocoloney. Comes in a small, 25cl bottle. Poured into a small tasting glass.
A - pours dark brown to black with a light brown head and lots of carbonation coming through
S - smells faintly of chocolate with some roast maltiness in the background
T - Dark roast malt comes through like filter coffee, with a bit of bitter chocolate in the end. Very thin flavour.
M - thin body, with lots of carbonation. This seems to hide a lot of the flavour and doesn't really work well for the beer.
O - overall, this had a lot of potential but just doesn't really come through as anything very interesting. After letting it sit in the glass for a bit and allowing the carbonation to wear off a bit it does become noticeably better and some more of the classic milk stout flavours come through. Given the quality of Zwarte Riek (De Prael's milkstout) I expected a beautiful blend of milkstout with Tony's chocolate, but this falls a bit short. Maybe with some aging this comes through better. It's not bad if you give it time to breathe, but it's nothing to write home about either.
