House beer, on tap at Kop van Jut, Amsterdam.
White blonde with sticky snowy head.
Grain and grass on the nose.
Sweet dough, some candy sugar echoes, yeasty spice and a blast of grassy hops.
Herbal finish and caraway linger.
Light, crisp, dry.
Surprisingly stand-up blonde. Sweet then spicy flip works brilliantly as a quencher, and there are real hops. A 3-pitch late reliever.

Bottle consumed at a recent tasting. Served in a SAVOR snifter.
Pours a moderately-hazy straw color with a good white head and some mild ringy lacing on the way down. The nose brings forward a bit of light grain and has a bit of light hoppiness--mildly herbal and earthy. Classic blonde characteristics with some yeasty spice there as well. The flavor has a bitterness underlying it and then hit on top of that with some light grain and moderate yeast character. Belgian spice. Mouthfeel is light with a dry bitterness in the finish. Quite good.
