A dark red beer, almost black, with a cap-colored head that's not overly persistent and elegant.
Dark malt, roasted, chocolate, soft and enveloping.
At the begining malt and then chocolate and cocoa
The palate is also soft and delicate, good.
A discreet bitterness stands out in the aftertaste, with hints of rhubarb and perhaps chicory.
A good schwarzbier.
