Frederiksberg 9/10 2024. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque Dark Brown with a miniscule beige head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing bit smudges on the side of the glass.
Aroma is rather intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a tart and sour scent. Whiff of alcohol. Dark malts, toffee, caramel. Dark slcohol with a touch of Wood barrel. Tart, sour cream.
Light carbonation. Rather thick, oily, viscous, fat yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet and slightly boost undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Potent barrel boozer with a touch of sour milk.
