Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Deep amber colored body. Light tan head. Leaves behind scattered rings of lacing.
Aroma of lightly roasted malts and indistinct dark fruits.
Taste is sweet and malty. Flavors of caramel and dark fruit. Leftover aftertaste of brown sugar and dates.
More than medium mouthfeel. Mouth coating. Minor bite but low bitterness. Very good carbonation.
Fits for style with brown sugar sweetness.
