FEBRUARY 2024. 33 cl can (€5 at the pub fridge). Freshly poured: light roasted and toasted aromas, beautiful beige foam cap, black in color with dark brown reflections.
In the mouth a micro-carbonation that is almost reminiscent of nitrogen carbide (but it is not a nitro-stout) which accompanies a soft, light but very tasty drink.
The taste is not intrusive but the toasted and roasted nuances of the malts can be felt well, reminiscent of recently roasted coffee beans, a bitterish taste of dark chocolate closes a drink made soft, slightly silky by the oats.
Beer that appears to be in style and balanced in its simplicity.
