Adding just a bit of rye for a little extra mouthfeel. The perfect companion for picnics, sports and everything in between.

Copenhagen 17/4 2021. 33 cl bottle from 33 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Label looks like an old-fashioned LP-record with a map of Kastellet and two handfuls of beer bottles.
Pours opaque, murky amber with a small white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing,
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of malts mingling with fresh grass and lightly sour notes. Sweet pale malts, grass, citrus, straws and sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent lunch beer - a bit on the sweet side.
