Snow's on the ground, snow's white, so bright. Bring some balance, with this rich, thick, dark stout. This year we soaked it all in vanilla as an extra added present to put under the tree. Merry Christmas everybody!
Goes well with red noses!
Ingredients: Barley, Oat, hops, yeast, sugar, bourbon, vanilla, water

Copenhagen 26/2 2024. 44 cl can from Beer Me web-shop. A Gold chain Run DMC-style with Christmas paraphernalia in front of a vinyl record on the can.
Pours opaque dark brown with big light beige head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty and roasted odor mingling with a bit of citrus anf hops- Dark roasted malts and brown sugar. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Rather tick, oily, soft, viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is quite intense with strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a citric undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry,
Fine potent Stout with a bitter touch.
