Copenhagen 29/8 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Silver can with a simply drawn figure seen from behind sporting some kind of marker
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles 0,3 cm thick, frothy layer of foam covering the surface the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity odor mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Peach and mango. Passion fruit. Grapefruit and lemon. Touch of pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is rather dry.
Pleasant yet a bit zesty and aggressive.
