Frederiksberg 18/5 2022. 25 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque, murky burgundy with a small pink head. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe forest berries mingling with light sourish notes. Strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Citrus and tart gooseberries lurking in the background.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, viscous, smoothie texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is a bit thin. Tart sour with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A fairly well balanced fruit cocktail.
