Collaboration with Bryggeriet Umage
Ladies & gentlemen, give a great applause to Bryggeriet Umage. They decided to make their first beer a double mashed Imperial Stout, and then they decided to put it in a tank right next to our double mashed Barley Wine. It gave us a great idea, and this idea turned into this masterpiece of a beer.

Frederiksberg 18/5 2022. 25 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong, rich sweet odor mingling with earthy fumes and an ominous edge of alcohol. Dark roasted malts, toffee, dark chocolate. Dark fruit and cherries. Sharp stab of booze.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, oily, soft, smooth, silken texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sugary sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingering. Finish is cherry wine.
Sweet fruity boozer which is on the verge of being a bit too sweet.
