Our collab with Brewsketeers called for some big guns. A blend of Galaxy and Citra on top of a mix of Golden Promise and Pilsner malt fermented with White Labs London Ale yeast.

Frederiksberg 2/9 2020. 40 cl from draft at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedvej, Frb. C.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, bubbly, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with some sweet exotic fruit and sweet blood orange. Light citric notes. Grape fruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter citrus. Finish is semi-dry.
Fresh and easy to drink DIPA. More “IPA” than “Double”.
