Embrace it. Don’t be shy or embarrassed. Traditional German style Lager, has a slight biscuit notes and a more round flavor profile compared to a pilsner.

12 ounce draft pour into a tulip pint glass.
L: Clear yellow-gold pour, small white head, foam reduces to a ring inside of 30 seconds.
S: Moderately strong aroma of toasted barley, notes of pome fruit later.
T: Fairly dry, toasted barley malt up front, then medium bitter spicy/zesty hop flavor, sharp grassy finish.
F: Light bodied, high carbonation, crisp, chalky astringent feel.
O: OK, not a fan of the chalky feel or the grassy finish.

From the pint can, it pours a slightly hazy light yellow color with a modest white head that slowly reduces to a thin layer. Some lacing. The nose gets a dose of malt. The taste is light malt with a dry finish.
