16 ounce can poured into a Spiegelau wheat beer glass.
L: Somewhat hazy coppper pour, one inch antique-white head, foam quickly settles to a thin cap with a creamy collar.
S: Strong at first, dough then dark bread, herbal hops, hints of plum.
T: Malty beginnings, dark spiced bread and herbal hops with a quick hit of honey sweetness, moderately bitter on the back, hop flavor more spicy and woody.
F:Medium bodied with high carbonation, feel is crisp over creamy.
O: Mostly representative and enjoyable.

From the pint can, it pours a clear amber color with a modest white head that diminishes and leaves lacing. The nose gets a malty scent, followed by the mouth getting the same. A little strong for the style, but decent.
