2/23/2024 At the brewery for a Friday afternoon.
Nice and cloudy, golden in color, nice lacing on the glass.
Aromas of lemon, pineapple, and sour mash and a light herbal aroma.
But blow me away with the spruce taste! This is a fantastic offering! Most NEIPAs are overly candy sweet... only a hint of pineapple sweetness here, with just a fantastic smooth buttery bitterness that lingers well.
