Appearance is a hazy wheat, much like a hefeweizen. Only small bubbles consistute Quacker's head. Aroma is mild with a grainy hop aroma. Flavor is of a fresh grainy rye with a dry, English hop edge. Moderate bitterness. Flavor-wise, there isn't much going on, this is just a somewhat bland beer that exists to provide a lighter choice on the menu.
