A: Pours a cloudy yellow color. A small white head forms and leaves little lace.
S: Lemon zest and coriander. A light musty aroma.
T: Sweet lemon and orange. A bit of spicy coriander. Tastes a little thin.
M/D: Medium body and higher carbonation. Thin and watery. Not hard to drink. A can quaff a few with no problem.
Decent, but a little bland. Not really a Hefe, like Dodging Duck advertises, but still a nice wheat ale to drink during the summer.
