From the brewery: "It's cloudy like a hefeweizen, but we used rye instead of wheat for a crisper, yet smooth, tasty treat! Characteristically cloudy, mildly hopped and highly flavorful!"
The beer pours a milky yellow color with a white head. This is a really, really ugly beer. The aroma is rye with some bananas mixed in. I don't get any cloves in the aroma. The flavor is rye, bananas and cloves. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Interesting beer.
