750ml bottle served into 20cl stemware in Belgium. Reviewed from notes taken Summer 2011.
A: Pours a two finger head of no cream, fair thickness, and good retention. Body colour is a murky copper.
Sm: Caramelized malts, floral hops, and clean barley. A moderate strength aroma.
T: Caramelized malt. A full bodied barley foundation. Simple but tasty. Pretty balanced. Built okay.
Mf: Smooth and wet. Coarse enough to coax out the flavours. Adequate carbonation.
Dr: Very drinkable. Pretty good quality. Okay price. Worth a go for fans of the style. Its simplicity holds it back.
