Simple ingredient expression - Brewed with 100% Crisp pale malt, a three step mash regimen, and three U.S. Cascade kettle additions. Fermented at 20°C with California ale yeast and hopped with a prudent amount of U.S. Cascade during fermentation. Conditioned cold for several weeks.
