Brewed entirely with Pecan wood smoked Pilsner malt from Epiphany Craft Malt in Durham, NC, “Super Fumo” received two decoctions during the mash, and a small amount of Tettnanger and Perle hops were used in the kettle. Open fermented at 9 degrees C and conditioned at 0 degrees C for eight weeks.
