Geisfeld-Inspired Kellerbier - ABV 5.4%
Made to honor Fabian Skaggs and the original Greiss Kellerbier recipe - Brewed with Franconian Pilsner and Franconian Caramel malt, a decoction and step-mash regimen, and Perle and Hersbrucker kettle additions. Open fermented at 9° C and then conditioned at 0°C for ten weeks.
Tasting notes - more of the good shit, baby.
